Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Justin service provided by rimikimi (take a photo → generate a background → compare label information → export).

2. Account

The service agreement is formed when you sign in with an Apple or Google account. Your account is for your use only, and you are responsible for managing your account information.

3. Credits

One credit is deducted per image when an image is created. Saving or re-saving does not use credits. If an image is not created, the credit is returned automatically. The label information check only tells you the result; it does not stop you from saving. Credit validity and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions (auto-renewal)

Subscription products (Justin+) are available from the moment payment is confirmed, and your credits are refilled every period you choose (weekly or monthly). They renew automatically for the period and price shown on the purchase screen, and you will continue to be charged unless you cancel.

You cancel not in this app but in the subscription settings of the store account (Apple · Google) you purchased with. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next period, and after cancelling you can keep using the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Your obligations

You are responsible for making sure the photos and label text you upload are accurate and that you have the right to publish them. Justin's label information comparison is an automated check for reference and does not replace a person's final review. You may not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Creating or uploading images that are violent, sexual, hateful, or that infringe the rights of others is prohibited. If you report content with [Report this result] on the app's result screen or to enquiry@rimikimi.com, we review it within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the content and suspend or terminate accounts with repeated or serious violations.

6. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account screen in the app or on the web. Deleting your account also ends the service agreement. What gets deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Justin provides label information comparison results "as is" and does not guarantee that the comparison is complete. For images exported while comparison was not possible (unverifiable), the accuracy of the label information is entirely your responsibility.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
